How the procedure works

Indications and contraindications
- Best candidates
- Adults with dull or compromised skin barrier, post-procedure redness and sensitivity, or inflammatory-tendency skin, usually as part of a combined plan.
- Limited benefit
- Exosome treatment does not lift sagging tissue or restore lost volume. It is a skin-condition treatment, not a contouring one.
- Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, active skin infection at the treatment site, known hypersensitivity to any component. Determined at consultation.
- Side effects
- Transient redness, mild swelling, temporary tenderness. Where microneedling or laser is combined, the recovery pattern of that procedure applies. All adverse events should be reported to the clinic.
