Cellon Dermatology Clinic, Cheongdam, Seoul
A dermatology clinic in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, led by Dr. Kang Seung Hoon (강승훈) — a board-certified Korean dermatologist with 15 years of clinical experience and peer-reviewed research in Dermatologic Surgery and the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology on thread lifting, non-surgical rhinoplasty and energy-based rejuvenation. Cellon is a designated Advanced Regenerative Medicine institution under Korean MFDS regulation, operates an in-house stem cell research laboratory, and is a government-registered healthcare provider for international patients.
What happens if something goes wrong
This is the question international patients ask most, and it deserves a direct answer rather than a marketing one.
- Every physician at Cellon carries medical malpractice liability insurance. This is a legal requirement for registration as a healthcare provider for international patients in Korea, and Cellon holds that registration.
- We recommend staying in Korea for at least 3 days after your procedure. This is Cellon's own recommendation, not a formality — it lets us review your recovery in person while you are still here.
- Follow-up continues after you fly home. We review progress by photo and video call through WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE or KakaoTalk, in your language.
- Identical pricing for Korean and international patients. There is no foreign-patient surcharge at Cellon. You pay what a Korean patient pays for the same procedure.
- Risks are explained before you consent, not after. Every procedure page on this site states its realistic recovery time and its known side effects.
Registered Healthcare Provider for International Patients, Republic of Korea. Registration No. M-2023-01-08-7145, issued by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, valid through 26 June 2029.
Procedures

PRP-Enhanced Fat Grafting
Autologous fat combined with platelet-rich plasma to improve graft survival.
Lower Eyelid Fat Repositioning
