What polynucleotide does
PN is a long-chain polymeric molecule (average molecular weight around 1000 kDa) purified from salmon DNA. It is heat-stable and, in purified form, is not recognised as a foreign body in the way some materials are. In the skin it holds water and acts as a scaffold within the dermis, which is why it is used for skin quality rather than for contour.
Shorter-chain DNA injectables (around 350 kDa) behave differently, tending toward anti-inflammatory and cell-proliferation effects with a shorter residence time. Cellon selects between them according to the patient's skin condition and goal.

How the procedure works
- Consultation and skin assessment — depth, texture, and pigmentation are reviewed.
- Topical anaesthesia applied for approximately 20 minutes.

- Limited benefit
- Rejuran does not lift sagging tissue or replace lost facial volume. Where laxity or volume loss is the main issue, lifting or filler-based options are considered instead.
- Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, active skin infection at the treatment site, known hypersensitivity to salmon-derived DNA, active autoimmune flare.
- Side effects
